We will need to assess whether the removal of your lesion is suitable for our service. In order to do so, please complete our online enquiry form. The clinic will then send you via email a comprehensive medical questionnaire to complete. We also request that you provide an up-to-date photograph of your lesion(s) which needs to show clearly its size and location (if possible place a ruler or measuring tape next to the lesion whilst taking the photograph). Some cysts and lipomas may require an ultrasound examination prior to removal, this will discussed if indicated.
